Luke Wollet

Managing Director

Luke Wollet serves as Managing Director at Behavioral Health Properties. He brings more than eight years of experience in South Florida’s behavioral health sector and evaluates properties through the perspective of both an operator and a broker.

Before entering behavioral health, Luke played professional football and had an opportunity with the New Orleans Saints in 2014. He later began in the field as a behavioral health technician before moving into business development, where he focused on expanding access to mental health and substance use disorder treatment.

That progression from direct client care to business development gives Luke practical knowledge of how treatment facilities operate day to day. He understands clinical and common-space needs, staffing realities, patient flow, marketing considerations, and the details that can make a location workable or unworkable.

Luke’s work and perspective have been featured by WKBN-TV, WKYC-TV, WOIO-TV, WFMJ-TV, Victorious Living, and Magnifique Magazine. He lives in South Florida with his wife and children and is active in his faith community.

Perspective

“We view every client relationship as a true partnership in their growth and success. It’s been incredibly rewarding to help an operator acquire their first treatment center, then watch them expand to 20 facilities and see the positive impact it had on the community.”
