Luke Wollet

Managing Director

Luke brings deep understanding of the operational facets of the behavioral health industry.

Luke Wollett serves as Managing Director at Behavioral Health Properties, where he leverages his distinctive background in healthcare operations and real estate to transform the behavioral health landscape. With over eight years of dedicated experience in South Florida's behavioral health sector, Luke brings a uniquely comprehensive perspective to every transaction, viewing properties through the lens of both operator and broker.

Prior to his current role, Luke's journey included a notable chapter in professional football. His path led to an opportunity with the New Orleans Saints in 2014. This experience instilled in him the dedication and strategic thinking that now defines his approach to behavioral health real estate.

His personal journey of self-discovery led him to the behavioral health field. He started as a behavioral health tech and then moved into business development. Here, he found his true calling: expanding access to mental health and substance use disorder treatment.

These years of hands-on experience - from direct client care to marketing behavioral health services - give Luke a unique edge in his current role. He understands the day-to-day realities of treatment facilities from the ground up. This practical knowledge is invaluable to Behavioral Health Properties' clients, as Luke can assess properties not just as a broker but through the eyes of those who operate and work in these spaces.

Luke's expertise spans both operations and marketing within the behavioral health sector, enabling him to provide invaluable insights to clients seeking to optimize their facility selections and expansions. His work has been recognized by major media outlets, including appearances on WKBN-TV, WKYC-TV, WOIO-TV, and WFMJ-TV, and features in Victorious Living and Magnifique Magazine, a testament to his credibility and influence in the field.

Luke resides in South Florida with his wife and children. He enjoys pickleball court and engaging in his faith community when not facilitating transformative real estate deals.

"We view every client relationship as a true partnership in their growth and success. It’s been incredibly rewarding to help an operator acquire their first treatment center, then watch them expand to 20 facilities and see the positive impact it had on the community."
