Joshua Slaybaugh is a co-founder and Founding Partner at Behavioral Health Properties. Based in Palm Beach, Florida, he brings more than 20 years of experience in financial services, deal structuring, capital raising, investment sales, and commercial real estate.

Joshua works closely with institutional investors, REITs, private equity funds, family offices, high-net-worth investors, and behavioral health operators. He co-manages the firm and leads its national investment sales platform.

His work centers on capital markets and transaction strategy for a sector with operating realities that do not fit a generic real estate model. He helps clients evaluate acquisitions, sale-leasebacks, and portfolio expansion opportunities with a clear view of market conditions, reimbursement models, and operator requirements.

Joshua’s role is to make complex capital and real estate decisions understandable, structure the right path for the client, and identify risks before they become expensive.
